We will only ship item(s) to the billing address on your card. We do not ship to other addresses other than your billing otherwise your order will be canceled and refunded.
At this moment we are only accepting payment through Paypal. They are a very secure payment processor. The transaction is between you and Paypal. After you click Pay on their site you will be re-directed back to TRYXpro site to finalize your order.
If payment is by echeck it will take approximately 3-4 days to clear. If you are in a rush to receive the product then please don't pay by echeck.
If you have Paypal Credit you have an option to finance without paying interest for the first six months.
Our products carry a one year warranty unless specified. It will start at the time you paid for the item via email confirmation. All accessories such as chargers have a 30 day warranty. For bulky and heavy items that are not worth shipping back for repair we will send you the components. You can decide if you want to repair it yourself or have it done at a local professional e-bike repair shop. Most of the time the repair is simple DIY (do it yourself).
